Just a suggestion: Why not make a big "download" button, and then prompt 
the user to select either country or mirror from a drop-down list or 
something to the like. It is good that it is easy to find the bits, you 
shouldn't need to look around too much (people are lazy by nature ;) ). 
But if you have clicked the download button and then only need to select 
mirror/country, it's not so much extra looking to do, I think.
Just my oppinion as a "normal" user.
