Hi Hiroki, the point of this file is to override the default left
justification and use center-justification because I thought it looked
better for this particular article (but that is not appropriate for
all others in the tree).  If we want to go back to left justification
then we should simply remove this file.  Left justification is the
default, but I still prefer center justification for this article.
