Author entries are a bit special.  There are lots of small utilities like
`archivers/nwreckdum' for example, that do not have any WWW page, but are
still useful.  In this case, name of the author might be the only thing we
know about it and can google for, for example.

I would say that with working WWW site, Author tag is redundant and should
be dropped.  If the author is only known information about the port origin,
it should probably stay.
