As I said in the last email and my commit message this was the case.  I
have ripped that crap out of the script.  In this case the garbage if
from upstream rather than from autotools it self.

IMO, we should add LIB_ variants of BUILD_DEPENDS and RUN_DEPENDS.
Nearly any time you have LOCALBASE in your DEPENDS line it's because our
infrastructure isn't doing something it should be.
