Is there any specific reason to reiterate added/removed files in commit
log?  Commit message already provides this information.

It should probably say "Sun Chang-Ming" as submitter's name (revealed in
ports/99552), but when we don't know for sure, dropping the full name
completely is usually the safest thing to do.
