  Added files:
    hu_HU.ISO8859-2/share/tools/checkupdate notify 
  Log:
  Add an initial notification list for translators.  It will be used as
  an interface for my ``Translation Checking Service'' scripts.  This
  service will run periodically (e.g. weekly in our project) and mail
  notifications for the subscribed translators about files to be
  merged from their source version.
  
  This subscription list applies to Hungarian translations only, but this
  solution could be adapted to other translation projects' needs.  It
  depends on keramida's checkupdate utility.
