FC3/FC4 come with libstdc++.so.6. One of them (FC4 preferred) will be
the new default "soon". I haven't checked if the install of it in the
linux-quake4 port is done conditionally, but if it isn't: please check
if it is there (LINUXBASE/usr/lib) first.
