  - Add port to `elisp' virtual category.
  - Add support NOPORTDOCS and DOCSDIR
  - Remove USE_EMACS and EMACS_PORT_NAME for support all emacsen, add
    symlinks to xemacs load dir.
  - Bump PORTREVISION.
