Hmm... I believe that it's not the Golden Shield as I think it only
prevents us from being able to access sites outside China, not the
vice versa :-)  The situation of the inter-network (there're three
networks in China to provide Internet connection) is bad at this
time, I can't grab the distfile on ftp.freebsdchina.org, while I
can download it at home, d-oh!

I'm trying to contact the site maintainers at fcitx.org.  Also, it
would be nice if there're more mirrors :-)
