  Update to the 20051224 snapshot of GCC 4.2.0.
  
  Improve packaging by using @dirrm include/ssp instead of speculative
  removal.  Remove broken removal of the info/gcc42 directory; this has
  to be handled by Mk/bsd.ports.mk.
