Ruslan has a patch which removes the seat-belt (with corresponding
documentation). Since I know that the delete-foo will need a correct
TARGET_ARCH, and since we (the FreeBSD project) seem to think that we don't
need the seat-belt here, I see no reason to talk about the seat-belt
anymore. Let's hope that my view of the world was too pessimistic here.
