If things stick to that way, there's no problem; however a CHAT
system should not replace mailing lists, I mean I want to prevent a
"migration" of talks from the lists to something without
archives and not opened to everyone (for example, IRC is not always
possible according to people connection).  There are already so many
things (mailing lists, wiki, etc.) to follow :(
