Resetting PORTREVISION on PORTVERSION bump (was: Re: cvs commit: ports/misc/portell Makefile)

Could someone tell the definitive truth on this ? Last time I
did this I was told there are problems with resetting PORT_REVISION (on
master/slave ports).
