Are you sure this is a FAQ?

I have never had issues with arts not being setuid, and I have skimmed over
the 2004 archive of the kde at FreeBSD.org and this problem wasn't discussed
a single time. I have also browsed http://freebsd.kde.org/faq.php - nothing.

I would also like to note, that the setuid bit was removed on purpose in
2002, because of a local DOS vulnerability. So I agree with nectar and
would like this to be disabled by default.
