Unfortunately, the CVS repository with the exported Darwin code doesn't
contain the changelog of internal Apple changes; we'd have to ask someone
at Apple to generate the changelog for us.  I don't have any information
on ntfs; I know that we've incorporated a number of their smbfs fixes,
however.
