With printenv TZ # Europe/Berlin	(=+01:00)
Server has
-rw-r--r-- 1 sms ctm 15937 Nov 20 15:17 ports-cur.13238.gz
-rw-r--r-- 1 sms ctm 20861 Nov 21 07:17 ports-cur.13239.gz
-rw-r--r-- 1 sms ctm 25367 Nov 21 23:17 ports-cur.13240.gz
My local PC has (later than server as intermitent PC connectivity)
-r--r--r-- 1 mailnull mailnull 15937 Nov 20 15:36 ports-cur.13238.gz
-r--r--r-- 1 mailnull mailnull 20861 Nov 21 11:47 ports-cur.13239.gz
-r--r--r-- 1 mailnull mailnull 25367 Nov 22 12:00 ports-cur.13240.gz
So No problem on CTM delta generator site, & the mail lists on
	http://mailman.berklix.org/mailman/listinfo
If you are using old CTM delta mail lists from
	https://lists.freebsd.org/mailman/listinfo
I no longer receive them, no idea if they are problematic.
Previously I lost too much time asking @freebsd.org to amend them,
hence I created same lists on berklix.org.
