So No problem on CTM delta generator site, & the mail lists on

If you are using old CTM delta mail lists from
	https://lists.freebsd.org/mailman/listinfo
I no longer receive them, no idea if they are problematic.
Previously I lost too much time asking @freebsd.org to amend them,
hence I created same lists on berklix.org.
