when i boot my kernel i get an error:

i posted this on a forum (gentoo) and a guy replyed to me and suggest
me to email the aic7xxx mailing list
i compiled the kernel with

DV is the abbreviation for "Domain Validation". you need to compile
your scsi driver again (maybe just the module or the kernel, depending
how you have configured your kernel) and you need to enable the
debugging code and set the debug mask to 2112 decimal. both of the
mentioned settings are kernel config options
