Hello!

I'm having a bit of a trouble with an Intel STL2 with integrated AIC7xxx
controller and linux-2.2.18 kernel. Whenever I enable command queueing (I
tried 8 and 24 queue depth), the SCSI bus hangs under load, reporting
stuff like this (a lot of times):

(scsi0:-1,-1,-1) Referenced SCB 37 not valid during SELTO.
        SCSISEQ = 0X5a SEQADDR = 0X8 SSTAT0 = 0X10 SSTAT1 = 0X8a

(scsi0:-1,-1,-1) Referenced SCB 28 not valid during SELTO.
        SCSISEQ = 0X5a SEQADDR = 0X8 SSTAT0 = 0X30 SSTAT1 = 0X9b

Occasionaly, this message pops up too:

(SCSI0:0:4:0)    SAVED_TCL = 0X40, ARG_1 = 0X1C, SEQADDR = 0X11d

If I disable command queing in driver, things seem to be just fine - but I
suspect, this means a considerable performance hit, right?

Oh yeah, I use five IBM DDYS-T36950M drives in a Linux software RAID
configuration.

Thanks,
	Danilo
