SCAM Support?

And even more importantly, my driver doesn't even try to toggle SCAM mode on
the card (which enables various different timings for things that you use for
stuff like SCAM selection) so regardless of the mid layer SCAM support in
linux, my driver won't drive the bus in SCAM mode.
