FTP-site and RAID-0?

Hi.

I have given up trying to login into ftp.redhat.com and I was wondering if
there is a mirror site where I can get the latest aic7xxx driver? What is
the latest driver any way?
I am also setting up RAID-0 on my Linux system and may be anyone could give
me some advice which chunk size I should use to get best performance for
RAID-0 (I am using two partition of 3GB..) Any other settings I should apply
to the driver to get better performance?
