Red Hat 5.2 boot disk

I will be making on available shortly.  There are two known problems with
the default boot disk.  There are problems on the older 2742W cards and on
the very latest 7880 Rev B chipsets.  Both have been fixed.  There is one
more fix I'm going to make and then release a new boot disk.
