I don't think there is one. Doug has boot disks for RedHat and Suse on his FTP server, there is a Debian boot disk but, apart from that, I don't know. Either you choose another distribution (side note : the Slackware is probably the most difficult to manage) or you create a boot disk yourself (the actual instructions depend on the distribution, and I don't remember how to do it for Slackware) which will require a nearby Linux machine.
