When I install just xfce4-panel-profiles package in Xfce it will fail with
error:

$ xfce4-panel-profiles --help

Traceback (most recent call last):

    from panelconfig import PanelConfig
  File

    import psutil
ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'psutil'

I have to install manually missing dependency:

$ doas pkg install py311-psutil

Then program works without problems.

Solution: I suggest to add py311-psutil as dependency of package
xfce4-panel-profiles
