Updated patch to allow building x11/nvidia-kmod* and
graphics/nvidia-drm-*-kmod* without syscons support, adapting with commit
f4e907a49258 and later
Kernel module parts of x11/nvidia-driver[-304|-340|-390|-470|-devel] are
splitted out into corresponding x11/nvidia-kmod* ports at commit ports
f4e907a492584bc31f9f3aa100a98a4e918dc7f4.
Latest quarterly 2025Q4 is branched after the commit, so all effective branches
of ports tree has it.
Patch for this PR needs to adapt with this change. So updated patch.
