Sorry, I only test nested WLR_RENDERER=vulkan (as Sway on Sway). Without explicit sync there's no reason to use it unless you have an NVIDIA GPU (glFlush vs. glFinish workaround but doesn't help Xwayland). The upcoming Vulkan-by-default[2] won't affect FreeBSD[3] even if drm-kmod suddenly implements the missing ioctls.
