I used to install binary chromium package into system with all other packages
built from ports locally on 14-STABLE. My laptop simply can't build chromium.
Now, this issue makes it impossible.

The issue is not specific to libxkbcommon and 14.3 is on it's way. I think
dim@, as toolchain maintainer, and kib@, as last who touched libc in 14-STABLE,
can help here.
