I don't think adding this only to x11/nvidia-driver alone is enough.
This is because it affects ALL kmod ports.

So, not sure there're sufficent mechanism on ports framework,
this kind of things need to be in Mk/Uses/kmod.mk in some way.
This is because it is used in ALL sane kmod ports.

Possibly adding something like _finalmsg target that is promised
to be called last would be needed in ports framework that are
NOT allowed to be used by each ports but ports framework including
USES functionalities.

If it's impossible, ALL kmod ports should be mandated to display
notes for PORTS_MODULES, but it would be easily forgotton on creating
new ports.
