So far I do not plan to MFC, but in theory MFC is possible. I do not see it as
pressing with 15.0 nearby.

I can only repeat Nth time, the dmap min and max addresses are no longer
compile
time constants, they are calculated at the pmap boostrap.

There is no point in bumping __FreeBSD_version, we do not 'support' older
versions of main, just the tip of the branch.
