The offending commit is base 4dd828c80828637452a8a4e07a64e294c82e5d8b.
Specifically, hunk 1 of sys/amd64/include/vmparam.h.

Plan A of the fix would be the one I've proposed on Comment 2.
But if it's rejected, I have plan B.
I'm holding to upload the patch, as it is meaningless if plan A is done.

As I'm on the way around half of full rebuilds on poudriere (as of bump on
stable/14), I cannot switch to main branch (installed on different drive of the
same computer).
So not tested on affected state of main branch (and just tested to build on
stable/14), the patch for plan B sanely applicable and x11/nvidia-driver builds
fine.
