Thanks for confirming!

As the version provided by upstream (nvidia) which started supporting GSP (and
bundling GSP firmware) was 560.28.03 (Beta branch), your resuld suggests that
your issue could be related with GSP-related codes and/or fallback routine when
GSP is not activated/exists.

For anyone who visit this PR in the future:
The first commit to ports that support installing GSP firmware is the one
below.

It would be confusing, but what it does is to add GSP firmware module in
pkg-plist and delete them from temporary packaging list which is actually used
if the version is lesser than 560.28.03.
