It's not an option, flavor needs to be specified with FLAVOR= on the make
command.
To install all flavors (even if in reality you don't need this and only need
the correct firmware for your hardware) do :
# for flavor in $(make -V FLAVORS); do
make FLAVOR=${flavor} install clean
done
