Just as I thought. This homegrown GFileMonitor backend isn't upstreamed and I'm
99% sure there are no users other than himself. I will remove this option once
I find a time to convert libinotify-kqueue into a GFileMonitor backend. I also
got a feeling that all Ivan's contibutions are ad-hoc, hacky and serve only
him, not the others. But maybe I'm too subjective on that.

Anyways, Ivan's merits are miniscule compared to work done by Jan, Emmanuel and
the rest of the x11 team. Add to that his aggresive tone and the fact that
there is no critical problem with having no kcmp implementation.
