Hello,

I updated (using poudriere) to very recent ports and esp. the Xorg to
to 7.7_3 and the server itself from xorg-server-1.20.9,1.txz to
xorg-server-21.1.8_2,1.

I'm using a desktop, where Control_L + TAB is used to circle around in virtual
desktops. While using this I see some kind of lazy switch between the
virtual desktops and investigating this it turned out, that simple
pressing the key Control_L (i.e. without followed by TAB) makes the
Xorg process consuming 20% to 50% of the CPU.

Xorg is running as:

/usr/local/libexec/Xorg -nolisten tcp -retro -logverbose 6

and pressing Control_L + TAB (for the desktop rotate) gives messages in
/var/log/Xorg.0.log like these

$ tail -f /var/log/Xorg.0.log
...

What does this mean?
