xorg-server-21.1.8_2,1 && key Control_L

Hello, I updated (using poudriere) to very recent ports and esp. the Xorg to to 7.7_3 and the server itself from xorg-server-1.20.9,1.txz to xorg-server-21.1.8_2,1. I'm using a desktop, where Control_L + TAB is used to circle around in virtual desktops. While using this I see some kind of lazy switch between the virtual desktops and investigating this it turned out, that simple pressing the key Control_L (i.e. without followed by TAB) makes the Xorg process consuming 20% to 50% of the CPU. Xorg is running as: /usr/local/libexec/Xorg -nolisten tcp -retro -logverbose 6 and pressing Control_L + TAB (for the desktop rotate) gives messages in /var/log/Xorg.0.log like these $ tail -f /var/log/Xorg.0.log ...
