Fresh install of FreeBSD 13.1 386 on a HP/Compaq nc8430 laptop that has an ATI
Mobility 1600X (R520) GPU.

Xorg hangs solid at startup, can't even kill -15 or -9 it. Have to reboot.
Sometimes black empty screen, sometimes with a dead mouse cursor in the middle
and a white rectangle (text cursor?) in the upper left corner.

==> Same setup works perfectly in FreeBBSD 12.4

No error in Xorg.0.log, drm and radeonkms modules load OK at boot.
No error in dmesg either.

Tried with both radeon and modesetting Xorg drivers, with more or less the same
outcome.
