Computer still working with previous patch...
But as it does not need it in my case, erasing it:
su
cd /usr/ports/x11-drivers/xf86-video-intel/
rm files/patch-src_sna_kgem.c 
make clean deinstall install
libtool --finish /usr/local/lib/xorg/modules/drivers

last step suggested by previous command output.
