As the port message says the nvidia module should be loaded from rc.conf, not
from loader.conf. Using loader.conf has a high chance of crashing. The problem
iirc is that for whatever reason at loader time we can't grow the reserved
memory for the kernel (efi reserved memory or something like that) and that's
when you see it hang.

We should definitely update the handbook if it still recommends loader.conf.
