According to repology, Linux distro crux which has 1.3.4 used eglplatform.h
from mesa instead:
https://crux.nu/ports/crux-3.6/xorg/libglvnd/Pkgfile
https://crux.nu/ports/crux-3.6/xorg/libglvnd/eglplatform.h

Maybe do the same? I didn't diff their eglplatform.h; currently busy with
something else.
