Hola, I just switched from 15 to main to test this, and it behaves 
(after a minimum of testing) exactly like stable/15 did. It works, but 
has the same problems as well: On resume, reconnecting to wifi requires 
one or two interface restarts.

Attached is messages log from the resume; my "service netif restart 
wlan0" happened at 14:22:00. When it restarts, it associates almost 
instantly but sits without an IP until something in the driver or 
firmware triggers.
