Yes. It's new enough. I'm on:
iwlwifi0: Detected Intel(R) Wi-Fi 6 AX201 160MHz
bz@ is on (or testing on) an AX210 (like you).
Mine shows:
wlan0: flags=8843<UP,BROADCAST,RUNNING,SIMPLEX,MULTICAST> metric 0 mtu 1500
	options=0
	ether 3c:e9:f7:ec:63:d7

	groups: wlan

	regdomain FCC country US authmode WPA2/802.11i privacy ON

	media: IEEE 802.11 Wireless Ethernet VHT mode 11ac
	status: associated
	nd6 options=23<PERFORMNUD,ACCEPT_RTADV,AUTO_LINKLOCAL>
So you'll easily get the speed and performance you're hoping for.
Install
net/wifi-firmware-iwlwifi-kmod
after installation, perform fwget(8). Which will set your card up in
loader.conf(5) as required for your setup. Enjoy. :)
