You are theoretically past auth (and assoc) but net80211 changed the
iv_bss under you to connect to another node (even though it may be the
same one).

That seems to be a different problem, one which iwlwifi(4) also had but
this should be fixed and we ignore these with the old iv_bss and return
ENOTRECOVERABLE (95).

I've tried all of my 8821, 882BE, and 8822CE in different machines,
native and under bhyve and I cannot reproduce that currently.  They all
just come up.   I'll keep looking at that.
