      The    service  used  to  measure  the  bandwitdh  is  the 
Sweden   based   " Bredbandskollen"

             The  Low  upload  speed measured  is a  feature  of the   
ISP   service.

the  wireless router is a   CH7486E   cable modem   on the 5 GHz   band  
80Mhz   Bandwitdh.    802.11a/n/ac

WIFI M.2 card  is:
