Yes country/regdomain does matter and the further we get implementing
new stuff the more it will that you are with the correct country
settings (and your AP).

If that is TCP RX that seems good for the moment.  UDP TX should
probably give you 850-ish, UDP RX might give 660 on a good day all
depending on too many things if my memory serves me right.

and that would not be needed for NO as ETSI knows about VHT160 already.

I am happy you are sorted;  I'll try to reproduce the other problem
myself locally first (it's on my list now).  But could also have been
your AP on ETSI vs. FCC keeping you stuck on 11a.
