I tried running WPA supplicant using the argument you specified. It give a ton
of information quite quickly but I’ve tried reading through it to look if
there’s anything interesting to note:

rtw880: Ikpi_sta_a_to_a: 1685: Ivif 0x[hex-code] vap 0x[hex-code] iv_bss
0x[hex-code] lvif_bss 0x[hex-code] Ivif_bss->ni 0x[hex-code]@[hex-code?]
synched 8

rtw880: 1kpi_iv_newstate: error 95 during state transition 2 (AUTH) -> 2 (AUTH)

I wasn’t sure if it was safe to write out the hex codes. If it is safe and it’s
needed do let me know so that I could provide them.

wlan0: MLD: No Multi-Link element
wlan0: Selected BSS [mac address] ssid=[’MySSID’]

Selecting BSS from priority group 0
0: [mac-address] ssid=’MySSID’ wpa_ie_len=20 caps=0x11 level=-43 freq=2452 wps
Skip - BSSID ignored (count=2 limit=8)

Pciconf -lv shows:

rtw880@pci0:3:0:0:
class=0x028000 rev=0x00 hdr=0x00 vendor=0x10ec device=0xc822 subvendor=0x103c
subdevice=0x85f7
vendor = 'Realtek Semiconductor Co., Ltd.
device = 'RTL8822CE 802.11ac PCIe Wireless Network Adapter'
class = network

The rtw88 boot message shows this:

rtw880: <rtw_8822ce> port 0x3000-0x30ff mem 0x83200000-0x8320ffff at device 0.0
on pci5
rtw880: successfully loaded firmware image 'rtw88/rtw8822c_fw.bin'
rtw880: Firmware version 9.9.10, H2C version 15
