Hello,

is there any chance that FreeBSD 13 or 14 will support the WiFi adaptor described below?

The WiFi NIC in question is a Chinese product branded

WLE600VX 7AA

and often bundled with PCengine's APUs. The WiFi Adaptor was supposed to drive a FreeBSD based
router/firewall project with WiFi Access Point capabilities, but neither OPNsense, pfSense nor
other FreeBSD based router projects seem to support any IEEE 802.11ac adaptors at this time.
Are there any plans to change this?

If I'm not mistaken, Linux already supports the QCA986x/988x adaptors through a driver called
"ath10k". Is there a chance to run such drivers within an emulation layer as long as FreeBSD
doe not have its native support?
