GDB 'G' and 'P' remote debug instructions

Hello,

I was looking through `gdb.c` and I noticed that the commands for 'G' and 'P' were unimplemented. I don't see any current work on it beyond the TODO comments. Is there any reason I couldn't implement these two functions to bhyve debugging? I wanted to ask before beginning any work.
