FYI: vm.pmap.la57=0 helped with my 7965WX, I can boot Windows now. With the
default it hangs even before the uefi is loaded.

I don't have more than 256TB ram so disabling is not yet a dealbreaker.
Disabling by default might be a good idea for now.
