--- Comment #7 from Roman Bogorodskiy <novel@FreeBSD.org> ---
Updated the box I was checking on to 15.0-RELEASE-p2
releng/15.0-n281005-5fb0f8e9e61d.

Using almost the same testing scenario with the Ubuntu guest and VNC. The only
difference is adding "-l com1,stdio" to get some more info on what's happening
inside the guest.

What happens:

 - Suspend works fine
 - Resume partially works: right after resume I can run commands in the serial
console. Same symptoms with VNC: just frozen screen as it was during suspend.
In a couple of minutes serial console gets unsable, I can see kernel messages
like:

[ 558.130566] INFO: task jbd2/vda2-8:301 blocked for more than 245 seconds.

Assume the disk device hangs.

Similar result with ahci-hd instead of virtio-blk, only different error
messages by the kernel:

2026-01-30T19:07:50.448342+01:00 novel-BHYVE kernel: ata1.00: failed command:

2026-01-30T19:07:50.451064+01:00 novel-BHYVE kernel: ata1.00: status: { DRDY }
[ 287.665686] ahci 0000:00:07.0: AHCI controller unavailable!

Same thing happens without VNC, i.e. without the " -s
5:0,fbuf,tcp=127.0.0.1:5957 " chunk. Looks like there's a regression between
14.3 and 15.0. Unfortunately I do not have bootenvironments/zfs, so cannot
bisect to a specific commit.
