dmesg for hv_hid crash

For me the crash occurs with a fresh installation of the standard 15.0-RELEASE
GENERIC kernel.
Tried both the 15.0-RELEASE prebuilt VHD as well as a regular installation from
the iso.

The system is unusable until I remove /boot/kernel/hv_hid.ko
