This (update) has nothing to do with bhyve and is ill-reported here.  I'd
suggest to open a dedicated review for the dpaa2 parts assigned to net@.  I am
adding dsl and tuexen here as well as myself for the moment so that it doesn't
get lost but otherwise the discussion should be elsewhere.
