For reference: I was trying to get a vulnerable banking app running, the
project from https://github.com/ssrdio/SecureBank

That stack (docker-compose: a stack with 3 services as docker containers) did
not run, and further investigation led to the conclusion that the docker
container from mcr.microsoft.com/mssql/server just kept running at 100% cpu and
did not progress to any meaningful state even after 12 hours.

I will test with a different blocksize on the dataset and report
